Two new documents have been uploaded to the Plans and Info section of the project, which can be found here:
The two documents added are the calculations determining the number of lots allowed, and an email from PSC on the 25th of January.

A new peer review has been uploaded to the Info & Plans section for the 0 Tri St. project. This is the second round of review for the conventional version of the plan.
Three new documents have been added under the Info and Plans tab. There are two maps and a letter responding to the peer review done by PSC. The two maps are a revised conventional layout, and a revised map of the abutters.
The next scheduled Public Hearing for 0 Tri Street will be November 16 at 7:30.
Just sending out an update and reminder that the Public Hearing was continued to the Planning Board meeting on Thursday the 26th at 7:15PM. The meeting will be in the Board of Selectmen's Room at Town Hall.
Tri Street Partners, LLC, owner, has applied for a Special Permit under Chapter 282 Sections 6.3.5 and 7.3 along with any other applicable sections of the Ashland Bylaws for a 5-lot Cluster Development and a Common Driveway serving two of those lots; and has applied for Preliminary Plan Subdivision Approval under Chapter 344 of the Ashland Bylaws. The 9.5 acre property is located at 0 Tri Street near Adams Street in the Residential A Zoning District. A public hearing for the special permits and a public discussion for the preliminary plan approval will be held concurrently on September 28, 2017 at 7:15 PM in the Board of Selectmen’s Room located at Ashland Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Ashland, MA. Parties wishing to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place indicated above.
