About the project
Located steps from Dorchester's Savin Hill MBTA station in the heart of a commercial village square, 102-110 Savin Hill Ave will replace a long-underutilized building with a beautiful and welcoming space for thriving new businesses that will complement one of Boston's most desirable neighborhoods. The project will also include a residential building on Sydney Street with some off-street parking. As we have additional details, we'll be adding them here. We want to hear from you!
We're looking into the types of businesses and services that Savin Hill residents want most, and that the commercial building will best support. The goal is to ensure that the business tenants will be sustainable and add value to the community. In addition to gathering community feedback via lots of in-person conversations and community meetings, we're using the coUrbanize platform to increase the breadth and depth of community input, and to better engage and learn from long-time and newer residents alike.
