What else would you suggest for small, neighborhood-serving retail at the 114 Whitwell redevelopment?

Small neighbor store (Tedeschi type). Independent coffee/tea shop. ATM

Thanks for the input, Thomas. Including an ATM wasn't on our radar yet, so its good to know that multiple people would like to see it included there.

Adding retail will serve to invite more people and traffic into the area.
