Project Overview

114 Whitwell Street is a 14.9-acre redevelopment site atop Quincy's Hospital Hill/President's Hill/Cranch Hill, located 1/2 a mile from downtown Quincy and the Quincy Center MBTA Station. After a year-long planning process involving community feedback and the careful consideration of multiple redevelopment scenarios, FoxRock Properties is proceeding with a multigenerational residential campus development that will: respect current building height, have lower building density than previously allowed under the Planned Unit Development (PUD) District, and include a minimum of 20% open space.
