New Plans Uploaded

The applicant has submitted a new set of plans, all dated 25apr2018, which are located on the Information & Plans section of the project page (click on the project homepage (https://courbanize.com/projects/128main-ashland/information) and scroll down to the bottom). They are on the agenda for Thursday the 26th at 8:30 and the Planning Board will be discussing the application.

New Plans Uploaded from Nov 30th Meeting

There are new plans uploaded from the November 30th Planning Board meeting. A new parking plan, a fenestration calculation (how many windows are allowed by the fire code), and new plans with elevations. They are all labeled 11.30.17 and are at the bottom of the Info and Plans section of the page, outlined in red below:

Revised Plans Unloaded

Three new plans were uploaded, all dated 11.27.17. New elevations and a new floor plan, found under info and plans.

Next Public Meeting date.

The next date for the Public Meeting on the proposal for 128 Main St. will be held on November 30. See the agenda (when posted) for the scheduled time.

Two new files have been added. A new floor plan and a new facade, both with the date 10.25.17.

Continuation of Public Meeting

Just sending out an update and reminder that the Public Meeting was continued to the Planning Board meeting on Thursday the 26th at 8:00PM. The meeting will be in the Board of Selectmen's Room at Town Hall.

Site Plan Review scheduled.

Carlos Hanzi has applied to the Ashland Planning Board for a Site Plan Review under Sections 8.3 and 9.4 of the Ashland Zoning Bylaws to construct a mixed-use building with 17 residential units and commercial space and parking on the street level. The property is located at 128 Main Street in the ADD-C District. The Planning Board will hold a public discussion at 7:45 PM on September 28, 2017 in the Board of Selectmen’s Room, Ashland Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Ashland, Massachusetts.
