Trees. Benches. Community space that is open to everyone. A nice bus stop and bus shelter with Trash and recycling cans.

Where will the parking be for the retail stores? More cars, more crowding, more busyness. The walkway on the water is quiet and tranquil. Your construction will ruin that.

What would encourage you to spend more time in this area?

I spend a lot of time in and around the area. It doesn’t need anything, more things would congest and saturate the area and make it no longer fun to be in the area.

LEAVE AS IS, ANYTHING ELSE WILL BRING MORE TRAFFIC AND GARBAGE. I BIKE BY SPOT DAILY AND SEE THE SPOT IS BEING USED WELL AS EXTRA PARKING. DONT ALLOW ANY MORE BUSINESSES ALONG THE RIVER... THANKS

Our working title is 159 Riverside, but we'd love to hear ideas for a more creative name, maybe with historical or geographical significance.
