What other questions do you have for us?

Will there be rent-to-own units? Are the majority condos?

Hi Fran - This is currently 100% purpose built rental! So there will be 0 condos and all units will be rented direct from landlord.

What is the best quality of the neighbourhood? and what needs the most improvement?

Personal safety and security of person is usual. Small business opportunities and support.

We hope to contribute to the safety of residents and our neighbours. We're hopeful to have some wonderful independent retail tenants - especially local grocer or fruit/veg market!

The street level will include retail space. What types of retail are needed most in this area?

Fresh local fruit and vegetables outlet

We want to make common spaces usable for everyone. If you were a future tenant, what features would you like to see in common spaces?

Not interested in moving. I live in the best rental in Toronto. The Garden Court Apartments of 250 Cassandra.

What is your interest in this project?

I’m just a long term area tenant concerned about low cost housing and the city’s complete lack of action or interest. Life-long resident of Toronto for 73 yrs.

What will be the range of monthly rents? What are the recreational amenities?

Amenities are not finalized but will likely include large central courtyard, gym, co-working and party room, and outdoor dining. Rents will range from $2000-3800 (Large 2 story 3 bedroom family units)

Quiet, safe and close to transportation routes. Live entertainment restos/venues. Good quality restos. Family venues.
