399 Binney Street is located at the northeast corner of "Little" Binney Street and Cardinal Medeiros Avenue, formerly the location of Buildings 1600 and 1700 One Kendall Square. The site is adjacent to Landmark Kendall Square Cinema, which will remain open throughout construction.

Demolition is nearing completion and construction will commence in the coming weeks.
