My Place Group is proposing to build a mixed-use apartment building with 101 units and 61 parking spaces bringing new ground-floor retail space on Lorain Avenue.

What's There Now

The site is currently an early 1900s funeral home, partially demolished by a previous owner, with vacant lots surrounding it. The car dealership and gas station at each corner are not part of the project.

What's Happening Next

The project is currently in the community process and the project is currently under review. No permits have been filed with the city at this point. Please check the Timeline for upcoming events.
