What's in the Works
My Place Group is proposing to build a mixed-use apartment building with 87 units and 48 parking spaces bringing new ground-floor retail space on Lorain Avenue.
There will be 66 1-bedroom units, 14 studio apartments, and 7 2-bedroom units comprised of 3 separate buildings.
What's There Now
The site is currently an early 1900s funeral home, partially demolished by a previous owner, with vacant lots surrounding it. The car dealership and gas station at each corner are not part of the project.
What's Happening Next
