What's in the Works

My Place Group is proposing to construct a mixed-use apartment building of 109 units with 62 parking spaces, 44 bike parking spaces, and around 2000 sq. ft. of new retail fronting Lorain Avenue. The proposal includes re-using two historic buildings on Lorain Avenue.

What's There Now

The site is currently comprised of three small buildings, a used car lot, and a house.

What's Happening Next

The project team is meeting with the community to understand their feedback and the project is currently under review. No permits have been filed as of this point.
