  • Demobilization

    Trucks and equipment leave site, site clean up, Mass DEP post-abatement inspection

  • Building Demolition

    Actual demolition will start this day, and last for approximately two weeks.

  • Demolition Mobilization Begins

    Trucks will start bringing equipment and materials to the site. The Mass DEP will also do a pre-abatment inspection.

  • Community Meeting #2

    Join us at the Frisoli Center (61 Willow St) at 6:30 pm on April 4th to hear more about the demolition process, and get a look at our updated plans for the site. We'll be in the computer lab upstairs.

  • Tenant Kickoff Meeting

    We'll be meeting with residents of the Consolidation project from 5:30-6:30, to discuss project scope and timing. Former 50 York residents, please stick around until 7 so we can get your input on the redesign of the new building.

  • Demolition

    The demolition of 50 York will take approximately two weeks, and involve street closures and limited parking. Please see letter posted on information page for further information.

  • Lighting Turned On

    The lighting will be turned on in the 50 York parking lot.

  • Cambridge Historical Commission

    Demolition permit application approved, with request to come back in the future to show plans for the new building.

  • Neighborhood Meeting

    6:30 PM Plans for the redevelopment of the site presented to the neighborhood.
