The Applicant, Megunko Transit District, LLC and Ashland RTD Apartments, LLC c/o Robert Gayner, has applied to the Ashland Planning Board for Site Plan Review, Design Plan Review, and a Special Permit under Chapter 282 Sections 5.7.3, 9.3, 9.4, 9.6, and any other applicable Zoning bylaws, to construct 152 Units in a total of 42 townhouses. The two parcels, shown on maps 13 and 19 as Parcel 13-138 and Parcel 13-154, are located in the Rail Transit District A, C, D, E, and F Zoning Districts. A Public Hearing will be held on June 14, 2018 at 8:30 PM in the Board of Selectmen’s Room at Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Ashland, MA.

All parties wishing to be heard on this matter should submit comments to the Planning Board ahead of time and/or appear at the time and place indicated above.
