Newly Designed BeBarcroft Website Focuses on the Future of Barcroft
Good afternoon Barcroft Apartments residents,
We have some exciting news about the BeBarcroft website where for the past year we have been sharing news and information about the Barcroft Apartments redevelopment plan and collecting your feedback regarding the future of your community.
We have redesigned and relaunched the site to help residents and the greater Arlington Community learn about the next steps in the redevelopment process.
In this newly designed site, you will find:
· The background on the project
· An overview of the Master Financing Development Plan (MFDP) including phases of the decades-long project
· A project timeline and future meeting schedules
· Frequently asked questions
With your help sharing your questions and comments and engaging in our surveys on the original site, we have been able to use your input to inform the ongoing redevelopment process. This new website will now focus on what’s happens next for this community.
Your Gates Hudson resident portal is still active and is the best way to contact your Gates Hudson team for maintenance requests, leasing and any other individual issues. It is where the team will share news about community events and community updates.
We look forward to continuing to work with Barcroft Apartments residents and engaging the greater community in elevating the Columbia Pike Corridor and in envisioning the future of Barcroft Apartments. We encourage you to sign up here to get updates on the Barcroft redevelopment project and to share your questions and comments.
Thank you to everyone who attended the virtual Barcroft Apartments resident update last night. If you missed the event, don’t worry, you can still watch a recording of the meeting here!
We invite you to join us in person for a Question & Answer session on Monday, October 17 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the courtyard by the intersection of 12th Road S. and S. Taylor Street where members of the Jair Lynch and Gates Hudson teams will be available.
If you are unable to attend the Monday night event, you are welcome to stop by the Leasing Office to schedule a one-on-one meeting to address any questions you might have about the presentation.
For questions regarding your individual lease or home, email email@example.com. For questions regarding the proposed plans, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
In this video, hear from Arlington County Board Chair Katie Cristol about why your community is such a vital part of Arlington County and how our team is working to make sure our residents are included in planning for the future.
As part of the BeBarcroft campaign, we are producing a series of videos to introduce you to our team, give background on our vision and to let you, our residents, are our most important audience. This first video walks through a set of goals that will guide future work at Barcroft Apartments. As always, we welcome your feedback.
Welcome to the BeBarcroft Resident Engagement Site
We are glad you are here!
This website provides background information on the property and the team we have working to reimagine Barcroft Apartments. You will also find a set of goals that we have set to accomplish, answers to frequently asked questions, a calendar of events and most importantly, a tool that allows you to voice your opinion and express your thoughts as we move through the planning process. The website also allows for the information to be translated in your most comfortable language. Be sure to sign up for automatic updates and to participate in future online surveys.
