Arielle, Alex, we just posted an update--there will be no disruption of power to neighbors. Outage will be limited to just the construction site. Apologies for any cause for concern.

Does anyone know when the Safeway will open? I’m guessing it slowed because of Covid, but would still love to know!

Sorry for the late chime in. Did the parking situation ever get resolved? Will residents in the new building be allowed to apply for a zone 6 parking permit?

Alex - yes it has been determined that residents will be able to apply for a zone 6 residential parking permit.

That's unfortunate and again, very much against what the community was told at those initial community meetings.

Pat, we can look into this but believe DC is scheduled to repave E Street which would bring it up to the apron grade. What's installed is per DDOT standard.
