We already have plenty of carcentric neighborhoods.
Yes, we are working with VTA and the design team to keep the onsite parking at minimum.

1- yes, more smaller scale housing to make it more affordable
2- 15 minute city - housing needs to be within walking distance of daily needs such as food and transportation.
