What else would encourage you to spend time on the Central Lawn?

Small cafe, green space, comfortable seating, pace for musicians to busk, ice skating in winter, water play in summer, a place for children to play.

As I have said in this forum before, the current bus bays are a disgrace. Dirty, unkempt, poorly lit and pigeons. Is this the best we can do for the Metro gateway to Bethesda?

Agreed. Our project calls for marked improvements to the underground bus transfer center including a new subway entrance which will provide a more pleasant and seamless integration to the Plaza as well... Read more
