What else would encourage you to spend time on the Central Lawn?

Small cafe, green space, comfortable seating, pace for musicians to busk, ice skating in winter, water play in summer, a place for children to play.

Please please take a look at Bryant Park in NYC. It has it all. Pop up retail. Comfy seating. Grass and trees. Ice rink in winter. Chess tables. Concerts. Art. Thanks.

Great idea. We've already been discussing having a holiday market in the newly improved open spaces within the project. We can certainly expand this to other seasonal events!

Third, there is garbage on the floor in the same area and the parking lot. Normal businesses maintain those types of area but metro does not.

Second, the platform at the top of the escalators and the drop off smell of urine. It seems those areas are never hosed down.
