The applicants, John Matarese and A&M Realty Trust, have applied for Definitive Subdivision Approval for a two lot subdivision under Chapter 344-8, and any other applicable section, of the Ashland Bylaws. The parcel, Map 18 Parcel 180, is 10.7 acres in size, is located on the eastern end of Brogden Road, and is in the Residential A Zone. They have asked for a waiver of Section 344-12.F.4 to allow the construction of the cul-de-sac with no center island. A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday November 30, 2017 at 7:15 PM in the Board of Selectmen's Room located at Town Hall 101 Main St.
