Update #2

Thanks for meeting with us! What’s next?

Thank you to everyone who came to the meeting on February 4. If you missed the event, don’t worry, you can still tell us what you think by posting a comment!

To recap, during the meeting we presented information on Mercy Housing as an organization, shared the site plan and floor plans of the proposed apartment building, responded to questions about the management and resident services, and solicited input on the exterior “look” of the property.”

The PowerPoint presentation is included in the 'Info and Plans' section at the bottom of the page.

Good questions about parking, traffic, the relation of the building to neighbors’ yards, the resident population, security, and services to be offered were charted and many answers were provided. We look forward to our next community meeting in March when we will offer more comprehensive responses. In addition, we will be posting a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page on this site in the next few weeks.

It was great to see such a good turnout and we really appreciated the community's thoughtful questions and suggestions and focus on serving those already in the community.

Please continue to share your feedback and questions in the comments section. Thanks!
