What features should the apartments have?

They should be constucted with materials that will not degrade after 10 years. It is important that these items are selected for long-term mindsets to make it a stable asset to the community.

Phase 2 will consist of approximately 31 units for long term ownership - how many of each type should there be? 1 BR; 2 BR, 3 BR?

I believe long term owners will want at least 2 bedrooms. So, 2 and 3 bedroom should be priority with fewer single.

I like the clean and modern model. It’s not going to be similar with the stiles of the area, yes we know what but nothing building know looks similar to 1800-1900 construction.
