I like the clean and modern model. It’s not going to be similar with the stiles of the area, yes we know what but nothing building know looks similar to 1800-1900 construction.

This is a very old neighborhood, some of the original downtown buildings of Chicago. I think it should have a multicultural feel, but also reflect the current neighborhood.
