I identify this neighborhood as Garfield Park. I equate the name, Garfield Park, with the beautiful park that abuts this development project and area.

What kind of small and medium-sized retail tenants would you like to see on the building's first floor?

Social services for all the drug addicts. Also a jobs center because a lot of people don’t have work. Coffee shop. A locally owned and run breakfast place. A bar.

Speaking of breakfast places, it's unfortunate that Inspiration Kitchens has not reopened since the COVID-19 pandemic began (except for a two hour pickup window on Fridays).

Ensuring that whatever establishments occupy the building that they meet the needs of the community. Assess the needs of the community and occupy accordingly.
