Remote Utah State University Campus. Ag Training. Trade and Tech Schools. Cultural Heritage events and buildings that preserve the nature of the area.

What kinds of community benefits do you think will be most valuable / are you most excited about the neighborhood?

The only community benefit should be that the development is put together in a manner that neighborhoods are kid friendly

Chris: It is our intent to weave amenities and open space into the natural landscape that will benefit the young and the young at heart.

I see a lot around bike paths walk trails cross country ski trails when better then half the current residents are horse owner what about what about some your open space being utilized for that?

Absolutely none. This type development doesn't benefit anyone other than the developers. We don't need an Ivory Homes West Jordan/Daybreak development. Nobody here wants to live in a suburban fake town.

Nothing. Leave it alone. I don't want to live in Daybreak. That's why I don't live in Daybreak and don't want you building the typical Ivory Homes eyesore. Ivory Homes??? Come on.
