We’ve heard you!
We have heard several times that Hoytsville is lacking options for affordable housing. We want to reiterate that our plan will include a range of energy-efficient housing opportunities from high-end to affordable, with a focus on attainable housing. We are aware of the need for affordable housing in Summit County and intend to be part of the solution to help shape sustainable growth in the area. Ivory Homes and Larry H. Miller Communities are both invested in the long-term success of Hoytsville.
