By providing the best possible library service. I think improving the cityscape outside would be nice. Utilizing the library courtyard perhaps as a green space.

A mural or art installations of community trailblazers would be nice! It could help foster a sense of pride in Cleveland and the community.

The diversity of the area is the best quality. The most improvement is perceived safety and connection to others.

Hard working people who try to improve their neighborhood. The most improvement is in safety and a decrease in crime. I mean the Family Dollar next door seems to be robbed about every other month.

Yes and no. Yes because the amazing amount of materials available and the knowledgeable staff. No because of safety and security issues.
