A PROTECTED BIKE LANE PLEASE. Otherwise the bike lanes on Crystal Drive will be EVEN MORE blocked than they already are!

I would love an outdoor beer garden and music venue. A outdoor play area for kids may be another nice feature.

Connect the new retail structure to the indoor Crystal City Shops walkways. Mid-block crosswalk from 1770 Crystal Drive to the Water Park.

I would also add that high-end clothing retail is not necessarily needed, given Pentagon City is nearby. I hope we prioritize retail options that are actually filling a gap in our neighborhood!
