Hi everyone,
The Courthouse Cafe, located at 74 W Elm Street in downtown Brockton, is engaging with Kiva on a crowdfunding campaign to raise $10,000 in capital to purchase new equipment for the restaurant. In order to get started, the Courthouse Cafe needs to get 15 people to make a $25 loan through the Kiva website by this Thursday.
This is a great local restaurant and an asset to downtown Brockton, so let's help them out! To make a loan, click here: https://www.kiva.org/lend/1227833

The City of Brockton's first parklet was on display during the 30th annual Brockton Holiday Parade Celebration, which was the Saturday after Thanksgiving. TDI partner, Brockton 21st Century Corp owns the parklet, which MassDevelopment and the Metro South Chamber of Commerce sponsored. A new young professionals group co-organized by TDI Fellow George Durante built the space. The parklet will expand in the spring and remain in the TDI District throughout the summer for programming and events.
