On Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Willard Elementary School Auditorium at 185 Powder Mill Road, Concord, MA, the Envision Concord Committee (Comprehensive Long Range Plan) will hold a Public Hearing to present the draft update to the Town’s Comprehensive Long Range Plan.
