We are planning on 72 condominiums and they all have at least one deeded garage parking under the building. There will also be exterior parking at grade. We are starting the condominium pricing at $375,000.

Affordability

I think the density is just right, and I think that a building which more-or-less fits the "envelope" of the hospital is quite appropriate. I would welcome new neighbors to Malden.
