We have PLENTY of eateries and bars and places to drink wine. And WAY too much housing.. We don't have enough things for kids to do... like a skatepark, arcades... something like golf n stuff. NO more... Read more...

Kids can play at the beach. Ours did. Property needs to generate revenue. No revenue in skateparks.

Richard, I spoke to the County Harbor Department regarding the ability to offer small sailboat rentals—they informed us that sail boating is dependent on the width of the particular channel, wind, etc.... Read more...

Restoration of the lighthouse and the urchin dock will happen as part of this project. How else can we honor the history and character of the site?

Plaques along the promenades with historical photos of the harbor dredging, etc.

A small water park. Nothing big. Maybe water that shoots out from the ground and from sea animals. I’ve seen it in many places before. Kids love it in the summertime.

Jason, Thanks for the comment. Small watercraft rentals is a very popular response for the kiosk. We are currently working with a rental company to incorporate watercraft rentals.
