There is already a poplice precinct in the area. With more actvity in the area crime would go down as crime thrives in araes with little activity (i.e. witnesses).

I would add something called a study cafe! I would partner with the library to add one so that students can find a nice, quiet place to study.

Develope a multi-modal trasnit center for rail and buses. Additional housing and offices can be developed around it and potentially above it.

I'd love to see an arts center, one that the community and community organizations can actually afford. It would also be a good way to show how Gwinnett/Duluth supports the arts, not just says so.
