If I owned gwinnett place mall . I would build affordable housing for single parent homes, apartment homes for county employees to live if they can’t financially afford to purchase a home.

This area refers to west of 85 and east of 85 as two different areas. The identities, communities served, all differ. So does the vibrancy. A better way to connect these two areas would be beneficial.
