Innes Redevelopment Project Gets Final Vote Passed
Tax Increment Financing approval advances public-private housing partnership and creates a sustainable model for the preservation of public housing across the Commonwealth
The Chelsea City Council has approved the Tax Increment Financing (TIF) for the Innes Redevelopment Project, which will increase tax revenues to the City of Chelsea by nearly $3.5 million over the next 15 years. Along with the TIF, the Innes Redevelopment Project also received its 40R Site Plan Approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals.
