The City Of Brentwood launched the effort master planning effort with ELS to plan the next generation work place environment for the Brentwood community.
ELS will conduct a virtual Town Hall Meeting to introduce project, share opportunities and constraints, and solicit feedback from the community on their aspirations for the project.
In the second town hall we will be reviewing master-planning options for The Innovation Center @ Brentwood. The master plans will explore how streets, parks, plazas will tie new office development together and how it connects to the larger Brentwood Community. We will be looking for public input to help us narrow our schemes from four to two for City Council.
Design Team will present findings of public outreach, discuss project opportunities and constraints, and present initial district plan concepts
In this town hall we will be focused on two 30 acre study areas in greater detail. We will be able to demonstrate how potential employers may layout their buildings and what public place-making benefits can be achieved.
In the Final Council Meeting, the consultant team will be presenting our final master plans for the overall frame-work and two catalyst sites.
