What's in the Works

The City of Brentwood has partnered with a consultant team led by ELS Architecture and Urban Design to envision a next generation business center to attract jobs to the Brentwood community. The City has zoned nearly 400 acres along the Highway 4 Bypass between Old Sand Creek Road and Lone Tree Way for jobs oriented development and is now looking for community input to craft a plan that is distinctly Brentwood and successful in attracting employers. Creating a local employment center will drastically reduce commute times for the diverse and talented workforce living in Brentwood and along the Highway 4 corridor.

What's There Now

The site is currently a collection of several farms and retail development. Suburban housing development planned and under construction will soon border all edges of the plan area.

What's Happening Next

We are kicking off this effort with a virtual Town Hall on Wednesday, September 16th at 7:00. We will be periodically updating the project website with developments in our design process.
