How important is it that new development includes open space, such as lawns, playgrounds, dog runs and places to sit?

We need actual open green spaces, not 26 story towers that fill entire city blocks. This part of Astoria could be far better served by a park with green space with actual grass for sitting and shade trees.... Read more...
