How important is it that new development includes open space, such as lawns, playgrounds, dog runs and places to sit?

We need open space, and places to sit to rest and enjoy the fresh air. Our kids need playgrounds for recreational use and exercise. It is very important that they be included in new developments

Couldn't agree more, Melba. Thank you! Places for kids and people of all ages to enjoy the community in open air are so important and we're excited to add 2+ acres of open space to the neighborhood.
