How important is it that new development includes open space, such as lawns, playgrounds, dog runs and places to sit?

Will this project include Green roofs to reduce grey water run off? How about solar panels to reduce electrical consumption? How are you going to address parking? What about EV-charging stations?

I am already seeing some NIMBYS posting on social media protesting against this. What's the best way to support the project and make sure they don't get to derail it?
