The dark gray facade is rather ugly. Make it a lighter color. Make sure the apartments have enough space, about 900 sq ft for a two bedroom and 700 for a one bedroom apt.

What does "affordability" mean to you? What do you consider to be a reasonable monthly rent?

For one bedrooms, 500.00 is reasonable for people on fixed incomes, for two bedrooms $600.00.
