What's in the Works

Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization (DSCDO) is transforming the corner of West 80th Street and Detroit Avenue into a vibrant new community hub. The proposed Karam Senior Living will serve households making at or below 60% of Area Median Income (AMI) and comprised of at least one senior age 55+ through the development of a safe, adaptable, service-enriched community hub. The new energy efficient building will provide 51 units and spaces for connection & wrap-around programming through the new Walz branch of the library, developed concurrently. To leave feedback on the project overall, or just the residential portion of the project, please click the feedback tab above. To leave feedback specifically on new Walz Branch of the Cleveland Public Library's (CPL) programs and services, please visit CPL's coUrbanize page here.
