How else would you describe the community benefits you’d like to see included in this project?

I love the rooftop garden on top of the parking garage / Marriott. A grocery store would be great...

There has been a lot of feedback about a grocery store. There is a 19,000 SF Roche Bros. being constructed at One Broadway. It is scheduled to open in summer of 2019.
