Approval from Cambridge Planning Board and CRA Board

Thank you all for the insightful input and ideas you’ve shared with us so far. Thanks to you we have accomplished so much already. 

We are excited to announce that we have received approval from the Cambridge Planning Board and CRA Board for our Master Plan Amendment. Essentially this mean that the commercial density planned at 250 Binney will now be at 325 Main Street. Each of the buildings at 325 Main Street (office building) and 135 Broadway (residential building) will now enter the Design Review phase(s) and will be advanced separately.
