The more farms that are destroyed for housing just make us more dependent on out of state and even other countries for our goods prices are high enough add on trucking cost even overseas shipping costs... Read more...

We are planning open space for this project. What amenities, features, and uses should we consider prioritizing?

Community gardens, Nature preserve, Picnic area, playgrounds, Multiple Pools (indoor and outdoor), trails for running and biking. Spaces with TREES!

Trails are lovely. Some thought should go into minimizing light pollution. Ground-level lighting can mark a trail while minimizing light spill.

Housing with grocery, gas and other needs nearby to avoid the need to travel far for your basic needs. Nature trails for hiking and biking, parks for kids to play and to walk dogs.

Thank you, Cate. We agree, yes to dogs! We want to make Cool Spring a place that brings communities together, outside of their homes and in beautiful Eastern Sussex County, Delaware nature.

This land requires re-zoning to build what you propose. This re-zoning should be denied. Route 9 already can't handle current traffic leve!s. Stop the madness.

We are moving from Bayside due to their land being overtaken and the fees are enormous! They go up and up. And you may need a pool reservation as we must do at Bayside!

This looks to be a large land grab for development that goes against the county plan for responsible, controlled growth in the area. That's why they need a rezoning.
