Subtext is proposing a new development, LOCAL Tampa. This vibrant, mixed-use multifamily building will be a great neighborhood addition at the corner of Kennedy Boulevard and Westland Avenue. LOCAL Tampa will bring high-quality residential housing, add dynamic new retail, and create an active and pedestrian-friendly environment.

What's There Now

Along the Kennedy Boulevard corridor, there are several businesses in a long-standing strip center. On the north portion of the property are a few single-family homes and multifamily residences.
