What are your recommendations for how to improve winter maintenance of sidewalks, bicycle facilities, and trails in downtown Manchester?
I think that snow removal needs to be consistently done on the side streets, as it typically is on Elm. Many pedestrians in the areas surrounding downtown cannot easily get to the city offices on foot....
