That if plans are too grand, they will never be achieved.

Start with a smaller, but visible and achievable micro-project (or better - two micro-projects) that people can see. Work to build upon what has been started...ie: the gaslight district. Its kind of scary...but... Read more...

I love the plan. I think the first step is coming up with a good solution to help the homeless since many of them live in the area, then produce a financial plan for the city to be able to afford the investment.... Read more...
