Hi Juairy, The first building will likely not require any relocation of existing residents. In the event some households need to move, they will receive more than 12 months notice.

It will be a shame to watch the row houses being demolished! They were built in 1932 and the craftsmanship can never be repeated! The new development will never stand 85 years.
