This application proposes to construct a contractor's garage facility in the Industrial Zone. The 1.7 acre site is currently used partially as an open gravel parking lot and is partially wooded. The proposed building would be a metal structure sitting on a concrete foundation and would be used for rental/lease. Two driveways would provide access to Megunko Road.
The proposed use would be located at the comer of Megunko Road and Cherry Street. The site is bounded by Megunko Road on the south, Cherry Street on the east, the rail line on the north and a drainage ditch on the west.
