As the viaduct is reconstructed, what could bring a sense of community to this space?

Planting trees and asking people in the area for input Artwork and parks

Thanks for these ideas D. Macker, we’re hoping to hear more input like this from the community. Natural areas and local art would certainly contribute to a vibrant community gathering space.
