Let’s rethink the amount of parking please. This is a transit rich area and Boston properties shouldn’t be subsidizing drivers at the expense of the planet.

Just a place I can sit and read and eat my lunch and play chess in the shade! Chairs, benches, awnings, sun shades, trees, a water fountain and lots of chess boards!

local businesses that will sustain after hour use. Less coffee shops and banks.

How about a permanent Farmers Market in lieu of the seasonal one! This would include stalls from local and specialty vendors similar to Eataly or Haymarket

A CVS or Walgreens would be fantastic for this area. There is no accessible convenience store in the Kendall area. A restaurant would be great too! Lots of Biogen employees there that need lunch.
