We want Center Plaza to be active year-round. What winter activities would draw you there?

Having some enclosed spaces? :) maybe a series of very small shops/inexpensive pop up spaces that allow restaurants to serve up food/drinks during activities?

Trees, green space, a place to be in the sun or be in shade and have seating to relax and/or eat.

Light food and drinks. Soup and sandwiches at lunch, small plates in the evening. Coffee and beer/wine.

A winter market selling artisan gifts/crafts. Food and drink vendors. Fire pits and games.
